Main Responsibilities
CollaborationContent Creation
- Work with designers, leads, and stakeholders to understand objectives.
- Attend brainstorms, daily stand-ups, and follow lead directions.
- Partner with in-country copywriters for translations.
- Write diverse content across channels, ensuring CI compliance and brand tone.
- Work with Traffic team to manage deadlines.
- Collaborate with Copy Lead for radio and VO recordings.
Project Management
- Manage timelines effectively and adapt to urgent business needs.
Quality Control
- Proofread campaigns for spelling, grammar, and accuracy.
- Check links, naming conventions, and final outputs for consistency.
Innovation
- Stay updated on trends, tools, and techniques.
- Share knowledge and develop proactive ideas beyond the brief.
Mentorship
- Guide and support Junior Copywriters
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
Product Understanding
- Develop understanding of products and customer needs across regions.
- Share best practices and insights.
Ownership
- Take responsibility for delivering accurate, high-quality, and engaging work.
Technical Requirements & Experience:
- Diploma/Degree in Copywriting, Journalism, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ copywriting experience.
- Microsoft Office.
- Strong written English skills
